Before & After ~ Federal Style House in Maine. This house is an excellent example of what is possible with determination and commitment. Fortunately, the house is located in a local historic district with a protective ordinance and to guide its exterior restoration.
The house is in my neighborhood. It was restored about 25 years ago and has been well maintained since. I took the after photo this morning.
